Scott Hanselman has updated his Ultimate Developer and Power Users Tool List for Windows.  I'm a little late in noticing (okay, a lot - he updated it on August 29th).  But for those of you that haven't noticed or, worse yet, don't know what I'm talking about - go check it out. 

If only I had time to download, install and play (I mean work) with all that stuff.
